01. What we collect.
When you use the contact form on this site we collect the name, work email, organization, role, and message you submit. Our web server logs record standard request data: IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
02. How we use it.
We use contact submissions solely to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, continue the engagement conversation. Submissions are not resold, shared, or added to any marketing list.
03. Third parties.
This site is hosted by a Canadian-regional hosting provider and uses a transactional email service for contact-form delivery. No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising services are used at launch.
04. Retention.
Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months from submission, then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
05. Your PIPEDA rights.
Under Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA) you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for its use. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@imodernizeit.com.
